Microsoft allows creating songs and music using AI

Microsoft announced that it has made it possible for its users to create music and compose songs based on artificial intelligence thanks to the integration of the "Suno" tool in its smart assistant "Copilot" provided by its browser "Edge".
The tool allows users to generate entire songs including words, melodies and sounds when the user enters a text command into the AI assistant Copailot in Windows.
Coupalot users can activate the Sono tool by launching the Edge browser, then go to (Copilot.Microsoft.com) and log in with a Microsoft account, then activate the Sono extension by clicking on it.
Microsoft said in a post on its official website commenting on the integration of the Sono tool, that this partnership will open new horizons for creativity and fun, making music creation accessible to everyone.
Large and emerging companies are investing heavily in AI music generation, with Google partnering with Lyra and DreamTrak to create music and ringtones for YouTube, and Google itself is developing its own model.
Meta had previously introduced AudioGen and MusicGen models to generate sounds and music based on artificial intelligence, and OpenAI has a similar project called JukeBox.
All models of sound and music generation are trained on the materials available on the Internet, even if they are protected by copyright, and then learn from them and try to simulate artificial intelligence algorithms, and the outputs of artificial intelligence tools and their mechanisms of work are still widely debated in the absence of clear laws and binding and regulating legislation.
