 Join our growing team as an Odoo ERP Sales & Consultant. You will help businesses understand their operational needs, demonstrate how Odoo can solve them, and guide prospects through their digital transformation journey.

This role combines sales, business analysis, and client consulting. We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused professional who can build trusted relationships, communicate clearly, and turn business challenges into practical Odoo solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closing.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable Odoo solutions.
  • Conduct engaging Odoo product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and solution scopes.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
  • Coordinate with the implementation team to ensure a smooth project handover.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Keep up to date with Odoo applications and market trends.

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or ERP consulting.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken.
  • Ability to understand business processes and customer requirements.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience with Odoo ERP.
  • Experience selling software, SaaS, or business solutions.
  • Knowledge of accounting, CRM, sales, inventory, or HR processes.
  • Experience working with SMEs or in digital transformation projects.
